2025/11/21 – Theft from Motor Vehicle – Sunset Beach – A resident reported that a vehicle at a property in Volute Circle was broken into and a wallet was stolen. Two individuals in a white Suzuki Swift were seen in the area at the time. CCTV footage showed a vehicle matching the description driving through Volute Street, but it could not be confirmed if it was involved in the break-in.

2025/11/20 – House Break-in – Tijgerhof – A resident from a complex in Koeberg Road reported that his garage was broken into. Armed Response Officers were dispatched and confirmed the break-in upon arrival. The suspect/s gained entry through a broken gate. SAPS was contacted. Two sound systems with speakers were stolen. A case was opened with SAPS.

2025/11/18 – Armed Robbery – Montague Gardens – A panic signal was received from a business on Link Road following an armed robbery. The client confirmed that two males had threatened her colleague with a firearm and stolen her phone before fleeing in a silver vehicle. The client later reported that the phone was tracked first to McDonald’s on Montague Drive, and subsequently to Joe Slovo. A case has been opened with SAPS.

2025/11/13 – Theft – Milnerton Central – AR Officer Paul reported a female with a trolley at the corner of Langerman Avenue and Gousblom Road. Assisted by Supervisor Denton, he searched the trolley and found scaffolding wheels. Upon questioning, the individual stated that she had collected the items from a premises on Gousblom Road. She was escorted back to the premises, where a welding inverter and cables were also discovered. Contact was made with the tenant, who confirmed that the items were stolen.

2025/11/04 – House Break-in – Milnerton Central – An AR Officer reported that the gate and garage at a premises on Gousblom Road were open. The client was contacted and arrived at the property, confirming that the gate had been lifted off its rail and that multiple items had been stolen by the suspect(s).
